Refund policy

At drifterFGNM, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Below is our return and refund policy. 

Double-check that you entered the correct shipping address and size for your order.  

If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item please contact us within 30 days of delivery at drifterfgnm@gmail.com

If a product is defective we can offer a reshipment or refund. 

To process your request we will need:

-A photo of the damaged or defective item. 

-A photo of your order number or proof of purchase. 

Our items are custom-made to order. We cannot accept returns, offer a refund, or reship an item for:

-Buyer's remorse (you no longer want the item).

-Incorrect orders due to customer errors (e.g., wrong size, color, or address).
